An outstanding program presentation is developing which will include a lecture on the designs of Bracquemond and his relationship to and influence on Haviland & Company. We will also observe the 100th anniversary of Chaplet's death with a small exhibit of his works and a lecture on his output. Check back in the coming months for greater details. There will also be the traditional Haviland Sale on Sunday afternoon.
Pre-Conference Tour: A trip is being planned to tour the Indianapolis Museum of Art, its extensive gardens and grounds, as well as a guided tour of historic Oldfields estate – the spacious home of J. K. Lilly, Jr. This home is historically furnished and decorated. Admission is free to all amenities on the IMA grounds (except any special exhibits), thus the trip cost will be most affordable (transportation and lunch).
